Infant-Onesies Classroom:
Your baby changes every day. That's why we want you to be involved with daily updates on your baby's daily activities, developmental changes and milestones. We work very hard at having an open communication system to support our partnership with you. Each child’s needs are met with the utmost care and concern.
We will provide you with a daily report of your childs daily feedings, activities and diaper changes. These records will help you to better understand your child and to encourage communication between the parent and the teachers when problems need to be solved. For example, if your child isn’t sleeping well at night, it could be because they are taking too late of a nap. Naps are often easy to slowly adjust for children in our care.
Since most infants nap for extended periods, the ratio fluctuates and babies often get over an hour of one-on-one time every day. An additional teacher aide is available during the average “active” times of the day, so there's always someone available to hold, feed, change or play with your baby - every minute of the day.
Each classroom environment is designed and furnished age appropriately.
Toddlers Classroom:
We work with our toddlers on language acquisition & self help skills, along with fine and gross motor skills. At this age we see each child growing daily in cognitive & physical development. Creativity and art expression are also a big part of each toddler's day. Much time is spent on nurturing and bonding activities that are vital to the healthy development of a very young child’s self esteem and sense of security.
At enrollment toddlers do not need to be potty trained. The toddler classroom works diligently with our parents to help assist each child in being potty trained.
Preschool Classroom:
At Just Kids Preschool, it is our goal to see that
every child has fun while learning. Our pre-school program offers your child a wonderful array of activities to challenge them physically, engage cognitive skills and to foster socially-emotionally. Preschool children need to be fully potty trained before entering.

We want your children to be ready for kindergarten as well as have a safe place to play and make new friends.
School Age Classroom:

- Board games
- Puzzles and brainteasers
- Fun science experiments

- Plays sports
- Do homework
- Gardening in spring and summer
- Thinking up their own ideas for fun
Just Kids has bussing from Hillcrest Elementary, North Bay Elementary, Lighthouse School and North Bend Junior High (5th-6th grade only).
School Age children can also take part in our 10 week summer program. Each week has its very own creative and academic theme which includes, 1-3 field trips, arts and crafts, outdoor extensions and much, much more! We keep these kids busy and happy for the whole summer long! Call in April to reserve your space.
Evacuation Plans, Emergency Exits:
Regular training and safety drills, a posted emergency plan, and fire extinguishers. Every room has a working and tested smoke alarm.
